BSS means Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha. It is the National news agency of Bangladesh. BSS was founded on January 1,1972 by government order soon after its independence from Pakistan. This paper is the first editor, Journalist and Poet, whose name Faiz Ahmed. Now, the editor of BSS is Abul Kalam Azad. Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha is the biggest news agency having strong network across the Bangladesh.
The newspaper mainly covers the national news of Bangladesh admitting the activities of the government, Social, political events, Diplomatic affairs, Economy, Culture, Sports, Finance, Low and Parliamentary affairs.
